1. Anonymous Data Collection
I respects and protects your privacy. We have generally structured our websites in such a way that you can visit us online at www.soenke-lucht.de without being personally identifiable and without disclosing any personal information.

2. Collection and processing of personal data
If you visit our website and also submit personal information (any information that can be used to identify you), you can be assured that we will only use this information for the purposes of communication, processing contracts or maintaining customer relationships between you and us.

Our website does not offer the possibility to process purchase transactions via a so-called web shop.

Personal data is therefore only collected if you leave it to us when contacting us via our contact form, in the file upload area or when registering for our newsletter.

We use the data you enter in the contact form, such as name, company, address, e-mail and telephone, for the purpose of individual communication with you. Please note that the data is not transmitted in encrypted form and therefore no confidential information should be sent via the contact form.

Your data is collected or used for the purpose of providing the service you have requested.

Insofar as we make use of service providers for the implementation and handling of processing, the contractual relationships are regulated in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act. These service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their jobs. However, you may not use them for any other purpose. In addition, they are obliged to treat the information in accordance with this data protection declaration and the Federal Data Protection Act.

3. Newsletters
In order for you to be able to register for our e-mail newsletter service, we need at least your e-mail address, to which the newsletter is to be sent, in addition to your data protection consent. Any further information is voluntary and will only be used to address you personally and to personalize the content of the newsletter as well as to be able to clarify queries about the e-mail address.

We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to send the newsletter, i.e. we will only send you the newsletter if you have previously confirmed your registration via a link contained in a confirmation e-mail sent to you for this purpose. We want to ensure that only you as the owner of the email address provided can register for the newsletter. You must confirm this after receiving the confirmation e-mail, otherwise your newsletter registration will be automatically deleted from our database.

You can unsubscribe from a newsletter you have subscribed to at any time. It is sufficient to either send an informal e-mail to m.lucht@proceo-berg.de or cancel via the link at the end of the newsletter.

4. Use of cookies on our websites
A cookie is a piece of text that, with your permission, is placed on your PC's hard drive. If you agree, then your browser inserts the text into a small file. The purpose of a cookie is to analyze web traffic and understand when you have visited a particular website. Cookies allow a web application to address you as an individual visitor. By collecting and storing information about your preferences, the web application can be tailored to your needs.

We use cookies for traffic inspection to determine which pages are visited and which are not. This helps us collect and analyze information about data access on websites in order to improve the www.proceo-berg.de websites in terms of customer needs. In these cases, we only use the information for the purposes of anonymous statistical analysis and the data is deleted again after evaluation.

If you do not accept cookies for traffic inspection, you can still use these sites. A few www.proceo-berg.de websites use temporary cookies to provide web navigation guidance for the customer by recording unique IDs for the particular website session.

Overall, cookies help us to improve your experience on our website by enabling us to analyze traffic and identify areas for improvement. It is very important to us and we want to make sure you understand that accepting a cookie does not give us any access to your computer or any personal information about you, other than the information that you choose to share with us.

We strictly ensure compliance with these rules. We know that many people are skeptical about cookies. However, in speaking to many of our customers, we have found that the benefits that can be gained by both parties through the appropriate use of cookies are significant. We value relationships with our customers and take your concerns seriously. You can set your Internet browser in such a way that you are notified before a cookie is saved or that cookies are generally rejected. You can also delete the files that contain cookies. These files are stored as part of your internet browser.

5. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies"; These are small text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. This IP anonymization is active on this website. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; we would like to point out to you however that in this case you will if applicable not be able to use all functions of this website in full.

You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by clicking on the following link (http:// tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de) and install the available browser plugin. If you delete your cookies in this browser, you must click this link again.

You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by clicking on the following link; This sets an "opt-out cookie" that prevents future collection of your data when you visit this website: Disable Google Analytics If you delete your cookies in this browser, you must click this link again.

We would like to point out once again that on this website Google Analytics has been expanded to include the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" in order to ensure anonymous recording of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

We also use Google Analytics to evaluate data from AdWords and the double-click cookie for statistical purposes. If you do not want this, you can deactivate this via the Ads Preferences Manager (http://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/?hl=de).

You can find more information on the terms of use and data protection at:

http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html

http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ or under

http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/learn/privacy.html

6. Use of Google Maps
We use the function for embedding Google Maps maps from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google") on our website. The function enables the visual representation of geographic information and interactive maps. In doing so, Google also collects, processes and uses data from visitors to the pages when the pages in which Google Maps maps are integrated are called up. For more information on how Google collects and uses data, see Google's privacy policy at https://www.google.com/privacypolicy.html. There you can also change your settings in the data protection center so that you can manage and protect your data processed by Google. Your data may also be transmitted to the USA. There is an adequacy decision by the European Commission for data transfers to the USA. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 (1) f GDPR at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. To do this, you must switch off the JavaScript application in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website, such as the interactive map display, to their full extent.

7. Dealing with Social Plugins
Our website uses plugins from the facebook.com network (www.facebook.com), which is operated by Facebook Ireland Limited Hanover Reach, 5-7 Hanover Quay, Dublin 2 Ireland ('Facebook'). These plug-ins can be recognized by the Facebook logo or a corresponding addition. A plug-in is a software extension that a software application, in this case the browser, can detect and integrate during its runtime in order to extend its functionality. The references are identified on our website by the Facebook logo or the addition "I like" (no Facebook plugins are used directly, so that data is not forwarded to Facebook during your visit).

The Facebook plugins are only activated and your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers if you click on the links to Facebook. If you follow the links while visiting our website and are logged in to Facebook via your personal user account, the information that you have visited our website will be forwarded to Facebook. Facebook can assign your visit to the website to your account. By interacting with plug-ins, e.g. by clicking the "Like" button or leaving a comment, this information is transmitted directly to Facebook and stored there. To prevent this, you must log out of your Facebook account before clicking on the link or refrain from clicking on the Facebook symbol. The functions assigned to the links by Facebook, in particular the transmission of information and user data, are not already activated by visiting our website, but only by clicking on the corresponding links.

Facebook's data protection information (http://de-de.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.php) provides information on the purpose and scope of the data collection by Facebook and the further processing and use of your data there and your rights in this regard, as well as setting options to protect your privacy.

8. Disclosure and Deletion
According to data protection regulations, you have a right to free information about your stored data and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. You can ask at any time whether and which of your data are stored by us.

Of course, we will delete your personal data immediately if you inform us accordingly. To do this, send us an
